Providing a well rounded experience for the chariest is a significant part of the program, and is realized through a wide range of recreational and character building opportunities, including overnights and outings, Choir Camp, tours, both for boys choir and girls choir.
Training is provided in manners, deportment, and leadership, which readies the boys and girls for success in concert and tour settings, as well as in future life.
The International Jewish Choir was created by the American Jewish College Teachers. The study of Jewish music combines distinctively, the essential elements of musicology, ethnomusicology and inter-culturalism. The Jewish Music Institute encompasses a wide diversity of musical traditions and Jewish songs are sung in many different languages.
Our goal is to is to imbue our children with the joy of the Jewish tradition and a pride of their Jewish heritage when learning Hebrew, Yiddish and Ladino songs.
